Leah Zveglich is an executive coach & facilitator with expertise in strategy, leadership and entrepreneurship.

Her executive coaching uses systems thinking as a framework, managed through appreciative inquiry and behavioral coaching approaches. Through innovative thinking processes, she supports executives and organizations to identify root causes, and develop learning capabilities and personal leadership to find sustainable long term solutions. She acts as a sounding board supporting her clients make better decisions while encouraging life-long learning and leadership improvements.

Leah facilitates strategic planning using pragmatic methods. Providing an objective outsider’s view using qualitative analysis and participative methods, she helps individuals and organizations discover hidden potentials. She emphasizes integrated management efforts and entrepreneurial management to grow business. She has expertise in change management, learning organization, talent management and organizational development. Her clients include Shell, McKinsey & Co., Thomson Reuters, GlaxoSmithKline, Aviva, Hanjin, Sony, Honeywell, the World Bank, IPG Media, Microsoft, and Jurong Health Services.

Leah started and managed her own companies since college and worked for start-ups or early stage companies, leading them through the growth stage. In 1986, the Young Entrepreneur’s Association U.S. selected her as entrepreneur of the year. She was the youngest Olympic Attaché representing Republic of San Marino during Seoul Olympics. In 1997, for her outstanding export achievement with Aster International Company, she was invited to the White House by President Bill Clinton and was nominated for a business export award. She has received numerous business awards in the U.S and has delivered speeches in conferences and written numerous articles to motivate other business leaders around the world.

Leah provides coaching services and coach certification programs to potential coaches around the world.

Leah graduated from the elite Seoul National University and holds Masters degrees in organizational behavior (Harvard University), international business (University of Massachusetts) as well as an MBA (University of Western Sydney). In her free time, she enjoys painting, writing poems, playing the piano, scuba diving, and reading.
